Peer Review Policies 1. Peer Review Type Policy: All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. In this method, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain strictly anonymous to each other throughout the entire evaluation process, ensuring an entirely objective assessment based solely on the scientific quality and merit of the manuscript. 2. Confidentiality Policy: The journal is strictly committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of all information, data, and intellectual property within submitted manuscripts prior to their official publication. Any disclosure or sharing of unpublished materials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited. 3. Final Decision-Making Policy: Reviewers serve in an advisory capacity during the evaluation process, providing expert feedback and recommendations to facilitate a comprehensive assessment. However, the final decision regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript rests exclusively with the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board. 4. Initial Screening and Originality Check Policy: Manuscripts that fall outside the journal’s scope, fail to adhere to fundamental academic formatting standards, or exhibit an unacceptable similarity index during the initial originality check (utilizing recognized plagiarism detection tools such as IranDoc Hamanandjoo or SamimNoor), will be subject to immediate desk rejection by the Editor-in-Chief at the preliminary evaluation stage. 5. Timeline Policy: The journal strives to conduct the review process as expeditiously as possible while upholding the highest scientific standards. Under normal circumstances, the estimated timeframe is (1 week) for the initial editorial screening and (4 to 8 weeks) for the scientific peer review process. |
